Mutational and Phylogenetic Analyses of SARS-Cov-2: Bangladesh Perspective

Severe acute respiratory syndrome or SARS-Cov-2 is a global pandemic causing over 6.5 million deaths worldwide. As part of the village, Bangladesh also heavily affected with more than 29,000 in those two years pandemic. Though severity and mortality rate are not so high compared to other countries, faced many difficulties combating mutated newer types Covid-19. The evolution phylogenetic study virus one key areas focus order understand nature virus, its mutation pattern gene prediction. This investigates evolutionary links among older newly emerged SARS‐Cov‐2 variants.
